Meet Pete: How Selling Your RV Park With Way-Ya-Go Works
- Way-Ya-Go is a sale facilitator. We guide your sale; you keep your own attorney and CPA the whole way.
- Most owners don’t lose money at sale because their park is bad. They lose it to surprises a buyer finds first.
- Step one is four documents: a bank-audited T-12, a pad-by-pad rent roll by type, 12–24 months of master utility bills, and environmental/septic permits plus pump logs.
- Send what you have, because imperfect is fine. You get a plain-English written review within 48 hours: what a buyer will see, where the gaps are, and what to fix or find first.
- Then you go one system at a time and decide for each one: fix it, document it, structure around it, or stabilize first.
