Pete’s park lessons · Lesson 7 of 15

RV Park Septic: Know Your Permitted Flow Before a Buyer Tests It

  • Pull your septic permits and pump logs. Know what flow the system is permitted for.
  • A field built for weekend campers can struggle with full-timers. Walk the field after a busy weekend and note anything soft or smelly.
  • Get a licensed inspection with a written plan and a bid before you go to market.
  • A big septic job can be fixed, documented, or built into the deal with your attorney’s help, but it should never be a surprise.
